The various levels of violence and atrocities being perpetrated across the globe today are traceable to the abuse and a fault of man's value system. Over time man's value has eroded.... I really don't know why I have been writing about related topics lately but I think this is the need of the season.
It is high time we get our value system right both for ourselves and others. Scripture instructs that you love your neighbors as yourselves. In other words you are to first of all show love to yourself; then and only then will you be able to successfully love your neighbors.
This is simple arithmetic. Love yourself first and do same to others.
Your value grows with the same measure of value you have for others.
Remember you can't make any mark on the sand of time without a very high
value.
Let me conclude by saying that scriptures cannot be broken; in Matthew 10:29&31 we are being given a hint into our value. Also in Matthew 6:28-30 we are being told that Solomon in all his array of splendor couldn't measure up to the lilies; how much more you for whom Christ died? Ye are of more value than anything you can think of here and remember not to allow earthly wealth determine your value.
