Introduction
The fulfillment of purpose is the true
essence of living so anything outside this is an aberration. Abuse is said to be inevitable when purpose is
not known or neglected however we tend to think that only materials could be
abused, which is wrong.
Everything is owned by someone while all
things including human beings are owned by God, Psalms 24vs1. From these
extractions we can therefore deduce that all things including man exist for the
purpose of the owner which brings us to the question “why am I here on earth?”
Hence worthy of note at this early stage is the fact
that when a thing refuses to fulfill its intended purpose, it is not fit to live
but to be trampled under the foot of men. For instance, when salt loses its savoir, it is of no use but to be trampled under the foot of men, Matthew
5vs13. Life is snuffed out of it like we see in 2kings 7v17.
To this end you will agree with me that purpose is
synonymous or equal to Life. This is why you see many die young and even old
without leaving marks on the sands of time. You were born for signs and
wonders, Isaiah 8vs18. What signs or wonders you might want to ask? Not farfetched
are the answers. Everything produces or reproduces after its kind and not just
type. We are gods on earth and are by our make-up ordained to produce after
God.
Who is God? In case you want to define your place
through a simple definition Him. He created Heaven and Earth, Rules and
dictates all their functions etc, Psalms 24vs1, Genesis 1vs1, and Daniels
4vs25b. That is why in Luke 19vs13b, we are commanded to occupy His place on
earth till He returns. This should put a smile on your face, that you are still
alive is because you are still relevant.
In the world there are various recycling processes
that put to use or bring back into existence what has once been used or
abandoned. It’s not so with Man. Purpose cannot be inter-changed. The aeroplane
can’t do the work of a car regardless of its efficiency and advantage over the
car neither can the car do the work of an aeroplane or a ship. Every invention
has its own purpose and any attempt to swap their purpose will only result in
the death of that object. We were all
made for one purpose or the other and being in the world at this very time
isn’t a try an error of your making but intention.
For everything that is created such as Man, a seed for
the fulfillment of his purpose had been built into his make-up (Person), Genesis
1vs28...be Fruitful, Multiply, Subdue.... If not, God will not demand a harvest
from him, Genesis 8vs22b...seed time and harvest shall not cease. it was an
ignorance of this in-built nature of the seed for fulfillment that marred the
destiny of that unfaithful servant who hid the talent of his master in the
ground, Matthew 25vs24-30.
