KINGDOM KEYS 2

It will not be too early to conclude that every treasure has either a gate or door to secure it. You need a gate to secure a city and a door to secure a vault. When Samson was locked up in a city, he woke up and removed the gates including the poles to the top of a mountain, Judge 17.
In Acts 12v6; doors were locked against Peter before an Angel came to his rescue. In Acts 16v20-40; Prison doors were locked against Paul and Silas. These are all physical doors and gates but there are spiritual doors which is our focus in this subject. It will be wise to properly define a door or gate before digging deep into the subject.
Doors or gates are barricades put in place at the entrance which leads to a treasure house. Treasure as we know are things of high value and money is a very good example. However the value of the treasure being secured determines the door or gate mounted.
Hence, it is important to note early that doors could be proving stubborn if you don’t have the correct key or better still applying the right key. For instance in Psalm 24v7-10, when David tried to open a gate, the gate objected until David showed it the complimentary card of the owner of the treasure behind the gates. For you to gain entry you need the authority of the owner of the treasure in there even if you have the keys. This is to say that having the keys like I will be showing you here isn’t enough to gain entry into a treasure house, you need authority.
Having defined what doors are and what they do. We can now proceed to knowing different types of doors or kingdoms appointed us by our Master as stated in our opening text;
Health Doors-there is a door leading to your health. In Mark 2, the door to the paralytic’s health had been blocked by the crowd. But they smuggled him in through the roof and he got the Master’s attention. In John 5, another man’s health door had been locked for about thirty-eight years until he came across the door and open it.
Joy Door-In Luke 7v11, a widow’s only son was being carried to the cemetery when they came across Jesus who helped her to open the door to her joy again. She was finished, her husband had died and her only son was on his way to being buried. All doors that led to joy were locked against her.
Doors of Progress- Acts 3v2 says that as beautiful as the gate that led to the Temple was, it harboured the progress of a man from birth.
Vision Doors- The wisest King said that deficiency of vision could be destructive, Proverbs 29v18. In other words it will be difficult to make progress in any direction without the help of another. Any attempt to move will spell nothing but doom. Blind Bartemeus could testify to this fact, Mark 10v46-52.
Hearing Doors- We have the story of a man who was deaf in Mark 7v34 but had it opened by Jesus. The Bible says faith comes by hearing and hearing by the word of God. You will agree with me that there are so many benefits attached to the hearing door. It is just inevitable.
Life Doors- Lazarus died in john 11 and scripture have it that a stone was rolled against the entrance to his tomb. The same thing was done to Jesus’ tomb but while some giant men had to roll away Lazarus’ Angels removed Jesus’ own.
Provision Doors- Syria locked the doors of provision against Samaria in 2Kings 6v24 to such an extent that people started eating their children. It could be that bad especially when you don’t know there is a door or how to open the door.
Doors of the abundance of rain- The rain doors were shut in 1Kings 17v1 by Prophet Elijah yet provision was made available to him at intervals. The draught led to famine in the land. This might describe your situation at the moment.
Door of Deliverance- In Mark 5v1-20, we have the record of a mad man who had his dwelling amongst the dead. He practically lived at the cemetery. The day he came across the door was the day he was delivered. The door delivers.
Womb Doors- There is a door that leads to the womb. In Genesis 29v31, scripture says and God opened Leah’s womb and she bore children while Rachel didn’t. Hannah in 1 Samuel had the door to her womb opened and she bore children. It must have had a door.
Just to mention a few but it is also to note that these doors are manned by strong men. Matthew 12v29 says that for you to gain entry into a strong room you must first of all bind the man manning the door then you will gain entry and spoil the room.
Satan is that strong man and his ultimate mission is to deny God’s children entry into His treasure house. However, he is said to have come to steal, kill and destroy according to John 10v10. That is his three fold ministry. So how do you access the door/gate standing between you and your treasure? Like I said earlier on that you need the authority of the One who owns the treasure before taking the key.
