It is of
great importance that I make clear to you one major characteristic of faith and
that is the fact that it has a voice and a concrete one at that. According to
John 10vs3-5, only those who have chosen to live in the fold of the faith-full
understands and follows it.
On the other hand, there are so many other
The voice of faith is not argumentative but infallible in authority
and concrete in its declarations.

However in this chapter, I will be discussing the
concrete voice of faith. The rigidity of the voice you hear is the acid test
for that of faith. How much power is backing the voice. In John 10vs5, Jesus
says
“And a stranger will they not follow, but will flee from
him, for they know not the voice of strangers”
The voice of faith is so concrete that no other voice
will attract its carrier. In fact they flee other voices because once it has no
concrete; it’s that of the stranger, the devil. For instance,
The voice of faith is a shield against the vices of the devil.
|
Moreover, for something to be concrete or rigid means
to be solid, rock hard or immovable regardless of the force applied. Now, whatever
stumbles on anything concrete scatters and whatever anything concrete rolls
over is ground to dust. But to drive down my points, do permit me to share with
you from the bible two incidents where the concrete voice of faith was heard.
At a time, in a particular country Jesus in the course
of His ministry, He was welcomed by a mad man in whom a legion of demons lived
and tormented him. He never said a word before
The stronger your voice of faith, the more exploits you can do and
the more relevant you will be on earth.

On another occasion, He was crossing a river with His
disciples in a ship to go and preach on the other side of that river. Haven
travelled some distance, a storm arose beyond the control of the sailor and
Jesus was in the lower deck sleeping. The storm defied all attempts to calm it.
They resolved to waking up Jesus, He came up and simply said “Peace be still”, Mark 4vs39.
However, one thing that characterized both incidents
was the instant results that followed. When the voice of faith sounds,
following will be “and immediately”
Mark 2vs12. The voice of faith is not argumentative but infallible in authority
and concrete in its declarations. Jesus said,
“If the son shall make you free, ye are free indeed” John 8vs36
It speaks perfection, wholeness and not just wellness,
not just enough but more than enough, John 10vs10.
In conclusion, the stronger your voice of faith, the
more exploits you can do and the more relevant you will be on earth. However,
you will make your voice more concrete by a continuous quality intake of God’s
word as I have said earlier and your presence alone will make the devil bow to
you let alone your bold declarations. The voice of faith is a shield against
the vices of the devil. Move into that realm now in Jesus name, Amen!
