GOD'S WORD PENETRATES, JUDGES AND WORKS!

IT HAS A PENETRATING POWER

The word of God being compared with sharpness of the sword; it has the power to cut through any issue of life. In other words, it holds answers to every issue cutting across every sphere of life. All you need do is for you to search it out and hold on to it. His word has been before the world began according to John 1v1 and He already had you in mind including what you are going through now and He already made provision for you and that present predicament of yours had been sorted in the word. Get into the word and search out your case and you are settled. Several times in the bible King Solomon repeats that there is absolutely nothing new under the heavens.

The bible says it has the power to cut through any issue regardless of how tangled it might look. We are not moved by what we see, hear or feel but by what the word says. We walk not by sight but by faith. Hence faith in God's word is what makes you a true son or daughter of Abraham and much more a believer. I make bold to say that there is no issue too strong for the word or too hard for it to dissolve. It is stronger than gamma ray.

IT JUDGES THOUGHTS AND INTENTS

I love this feature; one of the dictionary meanings of judge as it is in this context says “it is the opinion of somebody on something that matters, counts; Smith Wiggleworth of blessed memories said “the man God has His hand on is not subject to the opinion of any other”. So if you know your case is not more than God then only His opinion (His Word) about it matters.

I have only tried to paint a picture of what you might be missing by not using that book you carry about called the Bible; there is life in it and it answer’s every question that can ever be imagined or asked.

WHY IT WILL WORK

Conclusively, let me give you the pass-code to the potency of the word. Men and women of high caliber don’t talk anyhow. They are careful about what eludes their mouth because it is directly proportional to their integrity. In the same vein, God has a very high profile and integrity to protect, which is why He wouldn’t say anything He isn’t willing to do, Numbers 23v19, Isaiah 55v11.

Hence His integrity is directly connected to His name. God is not doing anything because of the imaginable but because He has a name to protect. For this, I am certain you can hold on to what He says. If man who is liable to change can go to any length to protect his integrity, how much more our God? The ball is in your court; play it in your favor.
