DESTINIES ON FLAT TYRES 1

Many today wonder why they are either stagnant or sluggishly making progress. They tend to focus their attention on the wrong thing. That is why you are admonished to check yourself first to be sure you are not your own enemy when binding your enemies. If your tyre is punctured and flat, you only need to pull-off the highway and either change to an extra tyre or fix the bad one.

But really, how fast can a car with its tyres flat move? You will agree with me that it can only make a sluggish noticeable progress for a while after which you began to damage or components of the cars such as the tyre itself, the ream and of course the road on which it is travelling etc.

This sinerio accurately describes the lives of so many in the world today especially in the body of Christ. I will be as brief as possible. Many leave their lives for fate to decide. Many are worn-out because they didn’t stop when they ought to so as to change their flat tyre, now their tyres are worn-out with their reams out of shape. They have even damaged the road as well and are already on their way to the grave.

Unfortunately, many are already in the grave due to their ignorance of this truth. The man at the pool of Bethesda in John 5:1-9 was stagnant for about thirty-eight years on this ground. The woman with the issue of blood was worn-out having travelled for too long on a flat tyre. However, in her case she couldn’t access the vulcanizer but she eventually did. A man of God died in abject poverty for travelling on flat destiny tyre in 2Kings 4:1-7 but God came to the rescue of his family. Before I talk about the vulcanizer of destiny tyres, it wouldn’t be absurd to mention the major deflator of destiny-tyres.

DEFLATOR OF DESTINY-TYRES
Sin is a sinker of destiny. You will agree with me that a car reduces in height once it’s tyres are deflated. In the same vein, when sin steps into a man’s life he reduces continuously until he vanishes if he doesn’t get to meet the Saviour. Eccl 10:8 says;

“...whoso breaketh an hedge, a serpent shall bite him”

Sin disarms you and keeps God (your Saviour) far away from you, Isaiah 59:1. Tomorrow I will introduce you to the Vulcanizer of destiny tyres. God bless you.
